The Master of Science (M.S.) in Internet Information Systems degree program at Robert Morris University prepares information technology professionals for the challenges of developing and maintaining effective information systems in organizations facing the dynamic challenges of functioning in the Internet environment.
The field of Internet information systems technology is expected to continue its rapid rate of growth. In turn, the need for professionals with technical expertise in developing and managing information systems, managing large amounts of information and data, dealing with issues of security, and identifying and solving hardware, software and Internet problems continues to grow. This program will prepare you to function successfully in this rapidly changing field.
This 30-credit degree program responds to both the technical elements of the field and the continual growth of Internet-based information systems that are becoming part of all corporations, organizations and businesses. The degree will equip you with essential skills to design, develop, manage and maintain information systems, while responding to the issues and problems that result from the link between human users and technology.

The M.S. in Internet Information Systems degree program requires 30 credits for completion, assuming that all prerequisites have been met. The degree consists of 21 credits in required technical core courses and nine credits of communications and information systems electives.
